Hibernian 4/5 to win against Falkirk in tonight’s Scottish Championship playoffs

Competition: Scottish Championship
Market: Hibernian to win against Falkirk
Odds: 4/5 @ Coral

Hibernian welcome Falkirk to Easter Road for the first leg of their Championship playoff semi-final clash tonight, and are favourites to come away with a valuable win to take an aggregate lead to the second leg at Falkirk Stadium.

Hibs are the form side ahead of this evening’s outing, boasting four wins and a draw on home soil. They ended the league season with a five-game unbeaten run too, and will fancy their chances against a Falkirk struggling on the road in recent weeks.

The two sides finished second and third with 70 points, but the runners-up Falkirk might see their promotion hopes take a hit in the away leg. Their form on the road has seen them pick up five consecutive draws. While not losing, they aren’t scoring many goals, and can’t stop conceding either.

Hibs will be desperate to take advantage, and they will take confidence from having beaten Falkirk once and drawing the other two meetings earlier in the season. As a result, Coral are giving odds of 4/5 for Hibernian to win the first leg of the Championship playoff semi-finals tonight.
