Dundalk 8/13 to win against Bray Wanderers in Friday’s Irish Airtricity League clash

Posted June 29th, 2017 | By: Crippy Cooke

Competition: Irish Airtricity League
Market: Dundalk to win against Bray Wanderers
Odds: 8/13 @ William Hill

Dundalk travel to the Carlisle Grounds to face Bray Wanderers in the Irish Airtricity League on Friday evening, and are favourites to come out on top given their impressive away form in recent weeks compared to the woes of the hosts. Dundalk could open up a 10-point gap between them and Bray in the league, as well as picking up their fourth consecutive win.

As for the hosts, Harry Kenny’s Bray Wanderers side are currently third in the Irish Airtricity League table with 33 points from 20 games this season, coming off the back of two draws, two defeats and two wins from their last half a dozen outings. Bray haven’t fared much better exclusively at home either, picking up just one win in their last four at the Carlisle Grounds, and Dundalk will fancy their chances as a result.

Stephen Kenny’s Dundalk side find themselves one place and seven points better off then Bray Wanderers in the division, having won four of their last five games. Dundalk have been strong on the road too, boasting three consecutive away wins, and William Hill are giving odds of 8/13 for Dundalk to win against Bray Wanderers this week.
