AS Roma 11/12 to see past BATE Borisov in tonight’s Champions League group game

Competition: Champions League
Market: AS Roma to win against BATE Borisov
Odds: 11/12 @ 888 Sport

AS Roma travel to Belarus to face BATE Borisov in the Champions League tonight, with the Italian Serie A side big favourites to get off the mark in the competition. Roma have a point from their opening game, and could now end the evening on course for qualification early on if they can see past their Belarusian opposition. Borisov could well suffer a second defeat from two games as a result.

Coming off the back of decent league form, three wins and a draw from their last five sees Roma in good shape to get a result on the road tonight. Borisov will provide some competition, however, with the hosts currently top of their domestic league. Their European form lets them down considerably, with the Belarus outfit having failed to win nearly 60% of their Champions League games (including qualifiers).

Roma will be looking to pile on the misery tonight to boost their own chances of topping a tricky group. 888 Sport are giving odds of 11/12 for the Italians to pick up all three points this evening against BATE Borisov.
