Swansea host Stoke at the Liberty stadium this afternoon, with both side enjoying fantastic Premier League seasons to far. The home side have recently set a new tally for points in the division, breaking their record which was set last season under manager Garry Monk. Despite not having much other than pride to play for this weekend, Swansea still want to end a strongly as possible in the top-half, so they have motivation to win.
