Poland 11/10 to win against Denmark in Saturday’s World Cup Qualifier
Competition: World Cup Qualifier
Market: Poland to win against Denmark
Odds: 11/10 @ William Hill
Poland welcome Denmark to the National Stadium, Warsaw in the World Cup European Qualifiers on Saturday evening, and are favourites to come out on top to potentially move into the top-two in Group E, leapfrogging their opponents in the table in the process.
Hosts Poland drew their opening game away to Kazakhstan and have earned results against tough opposition to prove their quality ahead of Denmark’s visit to the National Stadium. Poland impressed in this summer’s Euro 2016, progress through the group without conceding a goal with Ukraine and Germany for company.
Poland beat Switzerland and kept eventual tournament winners Portugal at bay in normal time before their exit in the knockouts, but Denmark are no slouches either. The visitors won their opening qualifier to go top of Group E, and are coming off the back of three wins on the bounce in all competitions, keeping clean sheets in all three too.
Nevertheless, victory for Poland will see them go one point above Denmark in the table and potentially in the top-two of Group E. William Hill are giving odds of 11/11 for Poland to win against Denmark at the National Stadium, Warsaw this weekend.
