Kilmarnock 2/1 to win against Motherwell in Tuesday’s Scottish Premiership clash

Posted May 16th, 2017 | By: Crippy Cooke

Competition: Scottish Premiership
Market: Kilmarnock to win against Motherwell
Odds: 2/1 @ William Hill

Kilmarnock travel to Fir Park to face Motherwell in the Scottish Premiership this evening, and are favourites to pick up all three points given their superior form ahead of the meeting. Kilmarnock have been in good shape and hard to beat while Motherwell have been short of wins which could see them coming unstuck.

Steve Robinson’s Motherwell side are currently 10th in the Scottish Premiership with 35 points from 36 games this season, winning just two of their last nine outings. Motherwell have lost three of their previous five games, and have the worst home form in the league – 15 points from 18 games at Fir Park.

As for the visitors, Lee McCulloch’s Killies find themselves seventh in the division with 41 points, having won two and drawn one of their last four games. Away from home, Kilmarnock have been outstanding, boasting three wins and two draws from their previous half a dozen outings on the road, and will fancy themselves to get a result at struggling Motherwell as a result.

With the visitors strong on their travels while the hosts can’t buy a win in their own backyard, William Hill are giving odds of 2/1 for Kilmarnock to win against Motherwell.
