IF Elfsborg and BK Häcken 5/2 to draw Sunday’s Swedish Allsvenskan clash

Posted August 6th, 2016 | By: Crippy Cooke

Competition: Swedish Allsvenskan
Market: Elfsborg and Häcken to draw
Odds: 5/2 @ William Hill

IF Elfsborg welcome BK Häcken to the Boras Arena in Sunday’s Swedish Allsvenskan clash, in a game that could be tough to call given how close the two sides are in the division, while having racked up a number of draws in recent weeks.

Elfsborg are currently sixth in the Swedish Allsvenskan with 25 points from 16 games, and are unbeaten in their last seven. The hosts boast three wins from their last five games at the Boras Arena, and could move one place up the table with a win this weekend.

As for the opposition, BK Häcken are no slouches. Three wins from their last five sees the visitors in good shape, and a win over Elfsborg could see Hacken finish the weekend fifth in the league, leapfrogging Elfsborg in the process.

With Elfsborg having drawn four of their last six league games, while Hacken have played out thee stalemates from their previous six, William Hill are giving odds of 5/2 for the two sides to draw at the Boras Arena.

A share of the spoils would see the two sides unmoved in the table, but with so much at stake, Sunday’s outing could be a close, tactical affair.
