Hamilton Academical and Hearts 5/2 to draw Monday’s Scottish Premiership clash

Posted November 20th, 2016 | By: Crippy Cooke

Competition: Scottish Premiership
Market: Hamilton and Hearts to draw
Odds: 5/2 @ William Hill

Hamilton Academical welcome Hearts to New Douglas Park in the Scottish Premiership on Monday night, in a game that could be close to call given the high amount of draws the two sides have picked up in the league this season.

Hosts Hamilton are currently 11th in the Scottish Premiership with 12 points from as many games this campaign, having picked up just one win from their last eight. The home side have drawn four of their last six ahead of tonight’s clash with Hearts, and are desperate to climb the table and away from the relegation zone.

Visitors Hearts find themselves fourth in the Premiership with 19 points, but have gone three games without a win. Hearts have drawn their last two ahead of their trip to New Douglas Park and could be held given Hamilton have also racked up a number of stalemates in recent weeks.

The two sides have drawn 10 Scottish Premiership games between them this season, and haven’t been convincing of late to suggest they can come away with a win. As a result, William Hill are giving odds of 5/2 for Hamilton Academical and Hearts to draw.
