Only a few days removed from putting four past Hull and booking their spot in the third round of the League Cup, Derby will look to carry on their impressive run of form on Saturday.

Starting with Saturday’s hosts, after spending the majority of last season battling at the foot of the Championship table, it appears Hull City are in for a similar year. Along with losing 4-0 to Derby in the League Cup in midweek, The Tigers have now only managed to pick up one win in their opening five Championship games. Along with now losing three out of their last four in all competitions, they have failed to find the net in any of those defeats.

As for the visitors, while it was a difficult start to life under Frank Lampard, Derby appear to have bounced back well. Now winning four of their last five in all competitions, along with scoring 10 goals, Lampard’s side have now managed to keep a clean sheet in all of those victories.
