Croatia 5/6 to win against Czech Republic in this evening’s Euro 2016 clash
Competition: Euro 2016
Market: Croatia to win against Czech Republic
Odds: 5/6 @ William Hill
Croatia lock horns with the Czech Republic at the Stade Geoffroy-Guichard for their second Euro 2016 Group D clash this evening, and are favourites to come out on top to book their place in the knockout round of the tournament with a game to spare.
Czech Republic come into today’s clash off the back of poor form. They are currently third in Group D without a point to their name, having lost their opening game to Spain, and risk being all but out if they are beaten again today.
Their form coming into this summer’s tournament saw them lose to the likes of Scotland and South Korea, while drawing against Sweden. They did pick up two wins from their last five games, but had beaten minnow Malta and the disappointing Russia. As a result, Croatia will fancy their chances of coming out on top.
Second in Group D with three points from their first game, Croatia are in pole position to book their place into the next round. They won their opener against Turkey, and have been in sensational form in all competitions to threaten a win at the Stade Geoffroy-Guichard today.
Five wins and a draw from their last six internationals sees Croatia being backed by William Hill with odds of 5/6 to come out on top against Czech Republic.
