Chelsea 1/2 to earn all three points away to Hull City this afternoon

Chelsea travel to the KC Stadium to face Hull City this afternoon, with the Blues looking to get back to winning ways in the Premier League. Jose Mourinho’s side have a chance to restore their lead at the summit if they can earn all three points against the Tigers. With dropped points in two of their last three league games, Chelsea will be desperate to finally get a run of wins together to seal the title.

Hull City haven’t been in bad form of late, however. The Tigers have lost only one game in their last five, but still need to pick up points to take themselves away from the drop zone. Steve Bruce’s men are only three points ahead of the bottom-three with only nine games left to play, so they will need a result too. It won’t come easy, but Chelsea’s inconsistent away form could well be a factor.

William Hill are nevertheless giving odds of 1/2 for Chelsea to pick up all three points, as they won’t want to continue allowing their title rivals to gain ground on them at the business end to the season.
