Bournemouth and Swansea City 18/7 to draw in this afternoon’s Premier League clash

Posted March 12th, 2016 | By: Crippy Cooke

Competition: Premier League
Market: Bournemouth and Swansea to draw
Odds: 18/7 @ 888 Sport

Bournemouth and Swansea lock horns at Dean Court this afternoon in a relegation-battle six-pointer neither side will want to lose. The two clubs are a healthy distance off the drop zone, and are coming off the back of good form, so there’s a chance the Cherries and City could cancel each other out today.

Bournemouth are currently 14th in the Premier League table with 35 points from 29 games. Eddie Howe’s side are 11 points off the bottom-three with nine games of the season remaining so a draw today wouldn’t be a bad result against a form side in Swansea. Consecutive wins in the division will see Bournemouth full of confidence, however.

Swansea are also in good shape, having won their last two games in the Premier League. They find themselves nine points clear of the relegation places, and more than content to keep Bournemouth at bay if they can continue adding to their points tally. As a result, 888 Sport are giving odds of 18/7 for Bournemouth and Swansea City to play out a stalemate at Dean Court this afternoon.
