Two nations looking to pick up their opening victories at this year’s tournament, Spain’s U21’s will face off against Belgium on Wednesday night.

Starting with Spain, despite their impressive form during qualifying, they did struggle in their 3-1 defeat against Italy in their Group A opener last week. Despite seeing their six-match unbeaten run come to an end last time out, the Reds have continued to shine in the final third. Although they have managed to record just a pair of clean sheets in their last six matches across all competitions, Spain have managed to find the net in each of their last 16 outings, a run that stems back to June 2017. As for Belgium, continuing on what has become a very worrying run of form, Belgium find their confidence and form at a low.
