Looking to put an end to their winless run, Los Angeles FC will host Houston Dynamo in the early hours of Thursday morning.

Starting with the hosts, while Los Angeles FC might be struggling to find a victory of late, the Whites have all but clinched the Western Conference. In their 31 MLS matches this year, they have recorded 19 wins, eight draws, and just four defeats, scoring 78 and conceding 34 in return. With a points tally of 65, LAFC also hold a 15-point buffer at the top of the table. As for their recent run of results, however, Los Angeles have failed to win any of their last five MLS appearances, picking up four draws. It is also worth noting that four of their last five matchups has seen both sides find the net.

As for the visitors, while Houston have begun to show some improvements at the back end of the MLS campaign, they still sit someway off mounting a late play-off charge. In their 31 matches this season, they have recorded 11 wins, four draws, and 16 defeats, scoring 43 and conceding 52 in return. With a points tally of 37, Houston currently sit seven points adrift of the play-off spots in the Western Conference. As for their recent run of results, while the Dynamo’s have won two of their last three MLS appearances, they have lost each of their last five MLS matches on the road.
