Competition: Premier League

Market: Both teams to score

Odds: 7/10 @ 888sport

In a matchup that could see a host of chances at both ends of the pitch this weekend, Leicester will host Manchester United on Saturday afternoon.

Starting with the hosts, last seen heading into the international break having to settle for a disappointing point, Leicester find themselves in the midst of what has become a struggle. In their first seven Premier League matchups so far this season, they have recorded just a pair of wins, two draws, and three defeats, scoring nine and conceding 12 in return. Managing to muster a points tally of eight from a possible 21, they open this weekend’s fixtures sat down in 13th and two points adrift of the top-half. As for their recent run of results, last seen earlier in the month throwing away a two-goal lead in a 2-2 draw against Crystal Palace, Leicester have managed to win just one of their last seven straight matchups across all formats. Likewise, it should also be noted, Saturday’s hosts have seen five of their last six Premier League contests finish with both teams finding the net.

As for the visitors, also having to settle for their own point when heading into the international break Manchester United find themselves in the midst of their own worrying run. In their opening seven Premier League matchups so far this season, they have recorded four wins, two draws, and one defeat, scoring 14 and conceding six in return. Managing to muster a points tally of 14, the Reds open this weekend’s fixtures sat fourth in the table and two points adrift of top spot. However, as for their recent run of results, last seen playing out a 1-1 draw against Everton on home soil, Manchester United have won just one of their last four matchups across all formats. It should be highlighted, with three of their last four top-flight contests finishing with both teams finding the net, we’re backing a similar outcome here.
