Competition: Champions League
Market: Bayern to win the Champions League
Odds: 2/1 @ Ladbrokes

Bayern Munich put 7 goals past Serie A runners-up AS Roma away from home in the Champions League this week, and now the Bundesliga holders are in the driving seat to not only top their group, but to go all the way in the competition.

Pep Guardiola’s side have won all three of their group games so far, seeing past Manchester City, CSKA Moscow and AS Roma. The German giants are top of their domestic league, four points clear of Borussia Monchengladbach, and are showing no signs of slowing down.

They won the Champions League in 2013, beating rivals Borussia Dortmund in the final, and Ladbrokes are giving odds of 2/1 for Bayern to win the prestigious European crown this season.

Current holders Real Madrid are also among the favourites, with the Spaniards having won eight games in a row in all competitions. Chelsea are also being tipped to challenge for the Champions League, as manager Jose Mourinho looks to have built a squad capable of standing up to any side in the competition.
