With everything still to play for at the Nou Camp on Wednesday night, runaway La Liga leaders Barcelona will be looking to book their spot in this seasons Champions League quarter-finals as they welcome defending Premier League champions Chelsea to Catalonia.

For the hosts on Tuesday night, it has been another clinical year for Ernesto Valverde’s Barcelona side. After 28 La Liga matchups this year, they still remain unbeaten domestically after winning 22 and drawing the remaining six. Scoring 72 times and conceding just 13 in reply, no team in Spain boasts a better-attacking record than Barcelona. With an eight-point advantage over Atletico Madrid in second, Valverde’s side have now won their last three matches on the bounce and are unbeaten in their last 19 in all competitions.

As for Chelsea, the defending Premier League champions have endured a difficult campaign that now finds them in a battle to secure a top-four finish come the end of the season. In their 30 domestic matchups this year, Antonio Conte’s side have won 17, drawn five and lost eight, scoring 52 goals in the Premier League this year, the Blues have conceded 27 in return and their tally of 56 points finds them sat outside of the Champions League qualifying positions. Now in fifth spot, Conte’s side are chasing down a four-point deficit to Liverpool and their recent form has left room for concern. Chelsea have won two of their last five matches in all competitions.
