Barcelona 23/20 to win the 2014/15 La Liga title following Luis Suarez signing

With last season’s La Liga runners-up having signed Liverpool striker Luis Suarez, Barcelona fancy their chances at winning back the league title in 2014/15. Suarez was the joint-top goalscorer in the five top divisions in Europe, with 31 goals in 2013/14. He made 12 assists, created 87 chances and made 93 successful dribbles.

Barcelona finished just three points behind eventual winners Atletico Madrid, but they played 12 games last season where they scored one or less goals, which has led new manager Luis Enrique to sign an attacker that can deliver for them on a regular basis.

Ladbrokes are backing Barcelona to win back the league title, giving them odds of 23/20, with Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid expected to provide competition for the Calatan giants too.

Barcelona have recently sold Alexis Sanchez to Arsenal, and it’s not too difficult to see where he will fit in the side. Messi, Neymar and Suarez will form a likely attacking trio for next season, which also means they will hope to finally challenge for the Champions League again after suffering premature defeats in the last three seasons.
