Atletico Paranaense welcome Ponte Preta to the Arena da Baixada in the Brazilian Serie A on Sunday evening, and are favourites to pick up all three points. Atletico have been short of wins of late but haven’t been losing many, while Ponte Preta have been losing on a regular basis for weeks.

As for the hosts, Fabiano Soares Pessoa’s Atletico Paranaense side are currently 16th in the Brazilian Serie A table with 17 points from 15 games this season, coming off the back of three draws from their last four. Atletico have been strong on home soil of late, boasting two wins and a draw from their previous four at the Arena da Baixada and will be hoping to take advantage of a win-shy Ponte Preta.

As for the visitors, Gilson Kleina’s side find themselves one place and one point better off than Atletico in the table, but have lost four and drawn one of their last half a dozen outings.
