Atletico Madrid have been in fine form in La Liga, but their Champions League campaign got off to the worst possible start. Last season’s Champions League runners-up lost 3-2 away to Olympiakos, meaning they now need a result against a very strong Juventus side tonight.

Juve have won five out of five Serie A games this season, without conceding a goal. They won their Champions League group opener to Malmo without conceding, and now they travel to Spain to face the La Liga holders.

Atletico need all three points, while Juventus would be happy to come away with a point on their travels, and as a result William Hill are giving odds of 21/10 for the two sides to play out a draw tonight.

Both teams have a penchant for being assured at the back, and with Atletico having lost their opener, manager Diego Simeone will want to ensure his side are better set up defensively.
