Athletic Bilbao welcome Zorya to the San Mamés Stadium in the Europa League on Thursday evening, and are big favourites to pick up all three points given the gulf in class between the two sides. Bilbao have been strong on home soil of late and should take advantage of the visitors’ woeful form.

As for the hosts, José Ángel Ziganda’s Athletic Bilbao side are currently third in Group J with one point from their first game, having drawn their opener with Hertha Berlin. Bilbao have won two of their last three games on home soil in all competitions ahead of Thursday’s meeting, and should come out on top as a result.

Victory for Bilbao could see them go top of the table. As for the visitors, Yuriy Vernydub’s Zorya side find themselves rock bottom without a point to their name in the group, suffering defeat in their opening outing against Oestersunds FK.
