Aston Villa’s Christian Benteke 9/4 to continue fine scoring run of form against Chelsea

With Aston Villa hosting Chelsea in the Premier League this weekend, striker Christian Benteke is hoping he can once again get on the score sheet against the Blues when the two sides meet on Saturday.

The Belgian international has scored in his last two meetings against Chelsea, and Ladbrokes are backing him at odds of 9/4 to continue his scoring feat anytime during their match against the title-chasing London side.

Benteke has nine goals in 23 games this campaign for the Villans, but will get himself into double figures if he can find the back of the net against Jose Mourinho’s men this weekend.

He’s in form too after ending a run of four games without a goal. The 23-year old recently bagged a fine brace in the 4-1 victory against Norwich City – one of which was a superb bicycle kick – so Chelsea will certainly need to be on their guard.

Benteke is directly competing against Everton’s Romelu Lukaku for a starting place in the Belgium side for the World Cup this summer and has 10 more games to impress.
