Arsenal forward Joel Campbell has been linked with a move away from the London club due to a lack of playing time afforded to him by his manager Arsene Wenger this season.

The Costa Rica international, 22, impressed on a loan spell with Olympiakos last season that led to Wenger recalling him to the first-team, but has given him limited appearances ever since.

It’s led to speculation rising all through the campaign, and there are a number of clubs reportedly interested – Real Sociedad, Benfica, Inter Milan, and Everton being the most likely of options.

Sociedad, managed by David Moyes, are the frontrunners to secure his signature, however, with the Scottish boss looking to bolster his attacking options to haul the Spaniards out of their current plight.

As a result, Betfair are giving odds of 1/1 for Joel Campbell to join the La Liga outfit this month, with the Arsenal man desperate for first-team football in a top league. It’s likely he wouldn’t break the bank either, so the move would be good for both parties.
