Arsenal 2/7 to win in 90 minutes against Besiktas in tomorrow night’s Champions League qualifier

Competition: Champions League
Market: Arsenal to win against Besiktas
Odds: 2/7 @ Betfair

Arsenal need a win in their Champions League qualifier against Besiktas on Wednesday night to book their place in the tournament for a 16th consecutive time. Arsene Wenger’s side will have casualties coming into the game, however. Striker Olivier Giroud and midfielder Aaron Ramsey will be out of the fixture tomorrow so the Gunners will be forced to make changes for the match.

After drawing 0-0 in Turkey, Arsenal can’t afford to concede a goal in the second leg at the Emirates otherwise they’ll have to score twice or risk being eliminated. However, due to the strength of the Londoners, Betfair are giving odds of 2/7 for Arsenal to get the win in 90 minutes against Besiktas tomorrow evening to make the group stage.

Arsenal’s home record has been particularly impressive in the last 12 months. Arsene Wenger’s side lost just one league game at the Emirates last season, and they won three out of five home games in the Champions League in 2013/14 too.
