Argentina are hoping to boost their chances of going all the way in this summer’s World Cup with a win against Switzerland tomorrow night. La Albiceleste haven’t been at their best in this tournament, but they’ve seen past every opponent they’ve so far come up against.

Switzerland are a decent opponent, but aren’t expected to pull off any surprises when the two sides meet tomorrow. They’ve had their moments, however. Xherdan Shaqiri’s hat trick in their last group game against Honduras will ensure Alejandro Sabella’s men keep a glimpse on the Bayern winger, while left-back Ricardo Rodriguez is another name who could be of a threat to Argentina.

But the South American side have an in-form Lionel Messi who has been named man of the match in his three group games so far, while scoring four goals and boasting the most successful dribbles from the first stage of the tournament.

Ladbrokes are backing Argentina with odds of 1/2 to get the win tomorrow night, which will see them moving ever closer to achieving their World Cup dream.
