AC Milan travel to the Stadio Sant’Elia to face Cagliari in the Italian Serie A on Sunday afternoon, and are big favourites to pick up all three points in the final game of the season to end the campaign on a high. Milan will unmoved in the table regardless of this weekend’s result but will want to go into the summer with another win after a previous poor run of form.

Massimo Rastelli’s Cagliari side are currently 13th in the Italian Serie A table with 44 points from 37 games this season, coming off the back of three defeats from their last five outings. Cagliari have been stronger on home soil, however, picking up three consecutive wins at the Stadio Sant’Elia. But Milan are no slouches themselves.

Vincenzo Montella’s AC Milan side are sixth in the division with 63 points, having won one and drawn two of their last four games. The Rossoneri have drawn their last four away outings but have lost just once on the road in eight. As a result, William Hill are giving odds for Milan to win against a Cagliari side seven places and 19 points worse off than them in the table.
